System of local development indicators and their influence on the quality of life in the urban parish of Guayacán in the canton of Quevedo, year 2023.

The objective of this research is to evaluate the impact that the implementation of a system of local development indicators would have on the quality of life of the inhabitants of the urban parish of Guayacán, Canton Quevedo, in the environmental, economic and sociocultural dimensions. For the development of the research, 379 inhabitants of the locality were surveyed, where the current situation and the existing infrastructure in the Guayacán were identified. In addition, interviews were conducted with five experts in the area using the Delphi method, with the purpose of identifying and selecting the indicators that allow measuring development in the three dimensions and thus develop a proposal for a system of local development indicators, with projects that benefit the quality of life of the community.
