Abstract

The Yasuní Comprehensive Training Center faces difficulties in the administrative management of its courses due to the lack of adequate digital infrastructure. To address this problem, a web application was developed to manage students, courses, teachers, enrollments, payments, certificates, and grades. The system was built using the Scrumban agile methodology and a model-view-controller architecture, with Node.js and MySQL for the backend and React.js for the frontend. The evaluation was conducted according to ISO/IEC 25010, specifically focusing on performance efficiency through response time, CPU usage, memory usage, and online request capacity metrics. The results showed an overall efficiency of 90.73%, with a substantial reduction in administrative processing time compared to the manual procedure. It is concluded that the developed solution contributes to improving operational efficiency in the evaluated center, although the findings should be interpreted within the specific conditions of the case study
