Resumen

El presente trabajo analiza los factores neurocognitivos y pedagógicos que determinan la participación inclusiva exitosa en estudiantes con Necesidades Educativas Especiales (NEE), considerando la creciente demanda de implementar prácticas educativas inclusivas basadas en evidencia científica. El objetivo principal consistió en identificar los predictores multidimensionales de la participación inclusiva mediante la evaluación de variables neurocognitivas, pedagógicas y psicoeducativas en estudiantes con NEE. Se empleó un enfoque mixto con diseño de estudio de casos múltiples de alcance descriptivo-correlacional de corte transversal, evaluando 25 estudiantes con NEE (8-16 años) que asisten a un centro de apoyo psicopedagógico de la ciudad de Cuenca-Ecuador. La metodología incluyó la aplicación de instrumentos estandarizados: Evaluación Neuropsicológica Infantil (ENI-2), Escala de Inteligencia Wechsler para Niños-V (WISC-V), Autoconcepto Forma 5 (AF-5) y Cuestionario de Estrategias Pedagógicas Inclusivas. Los resultados más relevantes revelaron que el modelo predictivo explicó 81.2% de la varianza en participación inclusiva, identificando el apoyo individualizado como predictor más potente (β=.496), seguido por autoconcepto académico (β=.345) y comprensión verbal (β=.323), además se evidenció la naturaleza multifactorial del éxito inclusivo, destacando la convergencia sinérgica entre factores neurocognitivos, pedagógicas y psicoeducativas. Las principales conclusiones confirman que la inclusión exitosa requiere aproximaciones multidimensionales que integren evaluación neuropsicológica integral, estrategias pedagógicas personalizadas y programas específicos de fortalecimiento del autoconcepto académico, proporcionando una base empírica sólida para la formulación de políticas educativas inclusivas.
