Unemployment is one of the biggest economic, cultural and social problems of today's society. Using the descriptive-analytical method, this research intends to deal with the work and activity from Attar Neishabouri's point of view. It is assumed that modern man can overcome his problems by following Attar's educational guidelines. In previous researches, Attar's works have often been discussed from a mystical point of view. The most important goal of this research is to find effective messages for the change and transformation of today's youth towards unemployment. The result of the study shows that from Attar's point of view, man should work as long as he lives in this world and has the strength and ability to work. A moment of life with work and effort is worth as much as a hundred worlds. Attar believes that success and openness in life depend on working with sincerity and honesty, courage and good morals. He believes that a person should do everything completely in order to finally achieve his goal. Nature can be a role model for humans to learn from and work and strive by enduring hardships.
