INMIGRACIÓN: PERCEPCIÓN INFANTIL A PARTIR DE NARRACIONES SOBRE LAS AFECTACIONES A LAS RELACIONES INTERPERSONALES

Immigration is the entry into a country of people who come from another country. this condition is natural to human beings. The flow of Venezuelan migrants due to the economic and political crisis in the country of origin, gives rise to several questions, it is crucial to understand how migrant children develop and maintain interpersonal relationships in their new environments. The objective was to describe the perception of Venezuelan immigrant children on the possible effects on their interpersonal relationships, through a contextual analysis of the conditions in which they live and the perception of their interpersonal relationships. This study approached from a qualitative approach, through a semi-structured interview. The research shows that the insufficiency of public policies in response to extensive migratory processes to Ecuador leaves unattended the guarantees of rights for migrant children who face difficulties in accessing services and experience obstacles in the school environment, such as bullying and xenophobia.
