Routine Outcome Monitoring (ROM) constitutes a central tool for evaluating therapeutic progress in contemporary clinical practice. The present study describes the pilot implementation of a digital ROM system at the Center for the Treatment and Research of Anxiety Center of the Universidad de Monterrey, assessing its feasibility, acceptability, and preliminary clinical outcomes. We analyzed 431 questionnaires completed by 399 patients during a pilot period. Feasibility was evaluated through completion rates, response times, and the number of evaluations per patient. Acceptability was estimated based on improvement expectations and adherence to the system. Preliminary clinical outcomes were analyzed in a longitudinal subsample ($n = 14$) with at least two evaluations. The system showed high feasibility, with over 94 % of forms completed and a median response time of 9.3 minutes. Acceptability was high: patients reported a mean expectation of improvement of 8.43/10. Clinical outcomes showed small and non-significant reductions in symptoms of depression (PHQ-9), anxiety (GAD-7), and overall severity (SC0), which is consistent with early changes expected during the first sessions. These findings support the implementation of ROM in Latin American university contexts and lay the groundwork for future studies on clinical efficacy with larger samples and deeper longitudinal designs.
