SYSTEMATIC REVIEW: FAMILY OVERPROTECTION AND ITS IMPACT ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF SOCIAL SKILLS IN INITIAL EDUCATION CHILDREN 4 YEARS OLD

Family overprotection is the excess of care and/or protection of sons and daughters by fathers and mothers. The objective of this research was to analyze the influence of family overprotection on the development of social skills in 4-year-old initial education children. The design was qualitative, descriptive, non-experimental based on the PRISMA method of systematic review. For the thorough search of information, keywords were used in open access scientific databases such as: REDALYC, SCIELO, BASE, DIALNET, AND GOOGLE ACADEMICO, performing a search. general, filtering, screening, definitive screening, the result of which was 25 units of analysis represented in diagrams and tables. The results of the systematic review indicated that the research topic is of great interest in other countries, which provided relevant contributions that showed that there is a higher rate of overprotective parents who satisfy their children's desires and needs. It was concluded that it is necessary to propose the application of recreational strategies that can be used inside and outside the educational institution, which allow the development of social skills in preschool boys and girls.
