REVISIÓN SISTEMÁTICA SOBRE METODOLOGÍAS EVALUATIVAS EN LA GESTIÓN DE CONFLICTOS INTERPERSONALES EN EL SECTOR SANITARIO

Resumen

Resumen: En la gestión de los conflictos interpersonales en el trabajo (GCI) son necesarias examinar la magnitud de cambios, los recursos contextuales y personales de los trabajadores. El objetivo es sintetizar las metodologías evaluativas en la GCI utilizadas por los profesionales y funcionarios del sector sanitario. Se aplicó una revisión sistemática cuyo criterio de inclusión considera estudios a texto completo publicados en bases de datos y directorios: Wiley Online Library, Taylor & Francis, Scopus, EBSCOhost, REDIB, DOAJ y OPS-BIREME; siendo el período de indagación: enero 2005 a julio 2021, sin límite de idiomas y utilizando nueve descriptores ad hoc. Treinta y cuatro artículos cumplieron los criterios de inclusión, de los cuales el 32,4 % de los estudios fueron desarrollados en Norte América, el tamaño de muestra en los estudios varió entre 12 y 473 sujetos que incluyen a médicos, enfermeras, otros profesionales de la salud, médicos y enfermeras gerentes, y personal de apoyo en los centros sanitarios. Previa y posterior a las intervenciones multinivel para la resolución de conflictos (duración: 1 día – 1 año) aplicaron cinco alternativas metodológicas de evaluación, siendo la primera, la evaluación sobre la predominancia entre los seis estilos de manejo de conflictos dentro de un diseño cuasiexperimental.
